At the British School Group Alzira, Xàtiva & Gandia, we are guided by the belief that every pupil is unique, with their own abilities and areas for growth. It is the education system that must develop all the pupils’ skills through different strategies and methods adapted to their individual needs. This is a system of individualised teaching, which promotes practical and intuitive learning, encourages teamwork, and sets clear objectives that ensure continuous monitoring of each pupil’s progress. The pupil is at the centre of the system and therefore must be an active and participative element within the classroom. As a result, lessons are individualised, personalised, enjoyable, participative and dynamic. That is why we propose a flexible curriculum, adapted to the developmental stages of each child, built on three key principles: Mastering the English language as the primary tool for learning, instilling fundamental values for personal growth, and promoting physical activity to develop teamwork, effort, and resilience.
