Kensington School was founded in 1966 to provide a British education to the international community in Barcelona. Almost 60 years later, the school is thriving and we continue to deliver the very best education in the city. Kensington’s Extra Curricular programme allows students to explore their individual talents and discover new interests outside of regular school hours. Activities that promote respect, cooperation, and teamwork among diverse groups of students are emphasised. These include: Art Club, Ballet, Crafts, Digital Art, Drama, Fencing, Musical Theatre and a variety of sports clubs. There are Spanish and English Language clubs for parents as well. Activities are held on site, daily from 16:00 to 17:00.

School Lunch: Fresh food is cooked on site each day, using locally sourced ingredients from our supplier, Ametller Origen. Good eating habits are proven to not only lead to a healthier lifestyle but also to help students reach their academic and behavioural potential. We understand that not all children want a school lunch, therefore it is optional and children may bring a packed lunch if they prefer. Parents are always welcome to join us to better understand the service which is offered.

Kensington School is an approved examination centre for Edexcel Pearson.
