The English School of Asturias is a unique independent school for children aged 2 to 18, located in an idyllic rural setting between Oviedo and Gijón. The school follows the British curriculum in its entirety and pupils communicate and learn in English, while also studying essential aspects of the Spanish curriculum (language, literature and social sciences) to ensure a bilingual and bicultural education. We are proud to offer our pupils a wide variety of opportunities as part of their school curriculum. These experiences support both their emotional and academic growth. Children develop their talents and personal qualities in a caring environment where they are encouraged to flourish through personal reflection, challenge and support. We help, guide and encourage our pupils to develop self-confidence and self-discipline.
